These emotions arise in the body and disappear according to favorable times and events. When they arise, their expression is necessary. Because they arise at the mental level and reach an extreme point, at such times the mental state of a person is calm and relaxed. Therefore, it is necessary to express these emotions. Because if they are not expressed, they do not disappear at the mental level. The mind does not attain a state of samadhi. The sensations in the mind are not drained. They remain buried, suppressed at the mind and therefore the person becomes weak and depressed at the mental level. The lack of expression of emotions is also one of the reasons for the increasing rate of depression in the young generation in the society. Therefore, their expression is necessary.
